New HEEP-3000 model event recording system RTU, provides all the Plants from Power Generation, till Transmission and Distribution with the most advanced monitoring, alarm annunciation and event recording, and helps to easily find the reason of the fault after investigating data provided by HEEP3000. By the advantage of utilizing Input Modules, Annunciators and Event Processor, operators will be very quickly aware of rapid change of input status in the plant from local HMI (SCADA) or remote host or annunciators/Dx Alarm Indicators
30.000 pcs of historical events are stored in the event processor memory so as to be used in case of the connection failure between host and Event Processor HEEP3000. Additionally, when there is a communication failure between Event Processor HEEP3000 and downstream, Input Modules are capable of storing 2.000 pcs of historical events and ISP800 series Annunciators are capable of storing 1.000 pcs of historical events in their memory. Horn or bell setting of each channel of alarm annunciators and Input Modules is easily performed by using user-friendly ISPsim™ software tool running on windows.
Now it is very easy remotely to monitor and remotely to report with the help of ISPopera™ Software. Plant or station operators can access clear event records and each channel/input status of annunciators/Input module from this software.
A complete system configuration might consist of Input modules and/or Annunciators, Event Processor, DX Indicator Panels, Server Computer and peripherals such as LCD KVM console, printers, hub etc.

SYSTEM CONFIGURATION AND MONITORING SOFTWARES
ISPsim Software Tool
With ISPsim™ SW tool; relay output (horn/bell) setting for each channel, response and clearance time setting as well as the ModbusID configuration could be performed. According to model type (24 channels and over) optional ISA18.1 Sequence Code M (Manuel RESET) is provided. Device Firmware updates are done with ISPsim™ software. Additionally, device could be simulated according to stored configuration. The tool enables you to set horn and bell outputs as active or passive. By providing imaginary fault signals, it can be observed how the annunciator responds and performs. ISPsim™ software can be downloaded from here
ISPoperaTM Software
By using ISPopera™ software; remote monitoring of event records via HEEP-3000 RTU could be done up to for 8 pcs of user (ISPopera™ or SCADA). It is enough to set the Station ID and the IP addresses (decided while configuring HEEP-3000) inISPopera™.
The software will provide you detailed monitoring options. Substation selection, event type filtered monitoring (ACK, SET, CLEAR etc), module based monitoring are some of options provided. Instant event records or events in the selected period can be printed out from ISPopera™ software installed host or other remote computers.
It enables to do real-time event recording amongst substations with GPS time synchronization. All of the records could be stored in the server in the central substation. It provides a unique and perfect solution by the capability of event recording in 1 msec resolution.ISPopera™ software can be downloaded from here
PROGRAMMABLE RESPONSE AND RELEASE TIME
There are “software programmable” response – release times which provide flexible and safe performance for protection against induced magnetic fields resulted from maneuvers i.e CB opening/closing especially.With the help of ISPsimTM software; Response and release times are independently set between 3msec and 250msec. Response time is set to 5msec, release time is set to 20msec by default.
